DiabolikDVD carries it, but is out of stock at the moment - guess you'll have to wait for the DF store to open back up.

I would have to take them with my cell phone - wouldn't really give you a good idea of how it looks.

I skimmed through the disc earlier - it's a huge improvement over any version I have seen of this in the past.

Oof, the usual. I've not bought anything from CR or DF in years, real nostalgia of waiting for the thread notifications that the cartel store is up so I can rush in an order.

Hey schopenhauer, General Tom here for Dark Force. The store did re-open today. We are still processing and shipping some of the pre-orders but they should be all in the mail by Monday. There has been heavy volume of orders for Magdalena but trust it will be worth the wait. It's the uncut version, transfer is fantastic and the box came out awesome.

Thanks for weighing in, Tom. I have to say, the anticipation and hype machine on Magdalena is working for me. Really looking forward to my shipping notification. I haven't see it, but it sounds like the uncut version pushes things right to the sweet spot.

Received this today. I didn't realize Andrea True appears in it. Fun film, and they certainly cash in on the fact they have a real musician writing the music! There's more music scenes then sex scenes. I was left wondering what the "surprise ending" that would leave me laughing was, as it just kind of petered out. But I would be very happy if you were to release further adult titles, as you threatened to do with Water Power and Forced Entry. I think those would do very well for you, where Lialeh doesn't have their notoriety. I really hope you do have them.

My copy of Magdalena arrived today safe and sound. The slip is interesting. Not as nicely designed as The Dead Pit as far as cover art goes, but still unique and if charged adequately glows very nicely. Thanks Dave!

Also wanted to throw out an idea... I have no idea if it's accessible or if elements are still around, but The film Bleeders seems like something that could be worth releasing and I'd love to see a recreation of the VHS packaging with the bloodpack. I have no idea if such a thing would even be feasible with a blu ray package but I'd love to see it none the less.

My copy arrived today too. I was a little nervous seeing how tightly packed it was in one of those small yellow bubble mailers but thankfully there was no damage to the slip.

hey Trip thanks for the feedback. We love all the old boxes like Bleeders that were so cool with the gimmicks they did. One of the challenges now is the the runs on these releases are so small compared to back then it makes it harder to do those complex boxes because they won't do them in the smaller quantities. But we will continue to try to come up with the coolest things possible for these releases. Hope you enjoy Magdalena. The transfer and movie are quite great.
