Those Samsung phones seem to run forever man. Mine is going on 4 years but I finally upgraded it after I dropped it in the driveway and cracked the screen. She still works though!

I can't say anything regarding the prepaid plans as I'm a loyal Verizon customer. They're the only carrier that works in my area.
