+1 I agree totally,If they wanna black Bond,Chewetel Ejiofor would be great since he IS British and was great in the very underated Redbelt,Lennie James or Robbie Gee from Snatch could also be possible candidates. As for another white Bond Jason Statham would be great choice since he does his own stunts!
