Good point, but do you not find it distracting when the words do not sinc up to the mouth movements

I do, but I generally find it more distracting if I miss some subtle body movement or something else because I was too busy reading what they said.

I typically stay away from foreign movies because I don't really like to do either one, but for me, dubbed is the lesser of two evils
