Oh, I thought it was a new release. Pixar has been rereleasing those big head ones and there were some new ones just released... I'll see if I can find something. The existing pic is actually high resolution, just low on the brightness.

I just watched this movie tonight. It's been years since I have seen it last but WOW!! It's absolutely gorgeous on my LG C9, even if it's being upconverted to 4K. Just insane how it holds up to even today's standards. I also forgot how awesome the sound mix is! I'm not sure how much more the 4K can improve upon the picture but it's amazing to this day on blu-ray!!

Now that Plummer is gone it makes me appreciate his performance even more.

Will that just be a collectible slipcover over the normal cover artwork? Or will that artwork be on the insert in the case too?

Looks like it doesn't carry over to the insert, at least based on this example. There's a bunch of these Disney 100 releases.
