I have a question about Thunderdome that always bugs me a bit:

Seconds before Aunty Entity and Savannah Nix would struggle and "fight" over Master, an Imperial Guard attempts to grab Master from the window of the Train-Truck, but Savannah hits him on the right side and then he disappears. Was that a knife stab? What do you HEAR?
Later, we see the Imperial Guard still lying on the floor of the structure, unconscious, so I guess he's dead.

This is currently on sale as a Prime Exclusive Deal. Can someone please confirm whether the discs are region locked as I missed out on the Australian version when it was released.

The entire saga is coming to 4K disc before this year is out. Are you sure you want this old set?

I just read that, think I'll wait it out then. Although I don't have a 4k player or TV. But I guess they may upgrade some of the sources for seperate 2k releases.

20 bucks is still an incredible deal for all this even if it's clearance, I too hope the 4K sets are gonna be good (and especially that the Black&Chrome will be 4K HDR) but even if I double dip it probably wouldn't be until it's on sale in like 2023-25.

I'd rather spend $20 now tbh

Considering Mad Max Fury Road 4K is $24.99 and Mad Max Fury Road Black & Chrome is $23.49, this seems like a decent deal for $19.99...

Road Warrior has been rumored for a while actually (there was a list from a while back of Warners' slate for this year that included the Godzilla 2014, Space Jam and Willy Wonka 4K's that have released or soon will). Road Warrior seems to only be coming because it happens to be its 40th anniversary this year.

The list however never included Thunderdome or any complete set, and I seriously doubt one will come anytime soon.

Does anyone know if this still comes in that nice sturdy cardboard slipbox, or is it just the case now

I'm pretty sure this still comes with a slipbox (most Warner multi-film sets keep them forever), though the box wasn't a rigid one, it's somewhat flimsy cardboard.

Just got my copy today. It does come with a thin slip box. Also worth noting, there was a sticker on the front advertising a digital copy of Fury Road, but there was no slip inside.

Mine is scheduled to arrive Sunday (I ordered it late and their stock was depleted), but it looks like others have already answered your question.
