I had a similar experience but I think it's the sheer volume of content in the first 5 seasons. Even with the amount they took out from the books, it's a staggering amount of screentime.

This is my first ever marathon of all 8 seasons and it's been quite awhile since the finale ended. I still don't agree with how I ended but at least it feels like most of my PTSD from the ending has faded.

It helps that in my own head canon, the Targaryens sacked King's Landing without killing the Lannister supporters and brutally murdered the Lannister twins. I'm not very creative but at least it's easier to swallow than the crap D & D gave us.

Anyone have a contact email or web page to try and track down a replacement disc, that was damaged on opening?

If you mean, did the digital code redeem all 8 seasons, for me the answer is yes. I was expecting it to redeem each season individually but when I put it in, all 8 seasons were added to my VUDU library.

No TV series redeems in 4K yet, it’s just not an available option. For now TV series (even those that are released in 4K redeem digitally in HD. I have not heard anything regarding TV series getting upgraded (for purchase/redemption).

The disc loads and the menu background loads, but the menu interface does not load. After 30 seconds, playback fails all together.

My question is if there is a way to exchange just the single disc instead of returning the entire collection. I've already entered the digital code, which is part of my hesitation to just send the entire thing back. I'm not aware of a way to get a hold of the manufacturer to try do initiate an exchange, but I had hoped someone here may know.

Things I've done to determine that the disc is defective: Player, monitor and receiver are running the latest firmware. The disc is fingerprint, scratch and dust free. I've double checked the rest of the season and all works as expected. Tried loading the disc after running a properly working disc. None of these have changed the results.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
Funny, I have the same exact issue with Season 1, Disc 2. The menu won't load (so I can't choose Play All, Episodes, etc.). The scrolling footage does load, but beyond that, the disc is essentially useless.

I haven't had a chance to skim the thread yet. Has anyone reached out to WB and successfully obtained a replacement disc?

I still think Play All is a funny option on the discs with 1 episode.

Ugh, so you still don't know that TV shows don't redeem in UHD?!

You can't really have 4K code redemption before major storefronts even offer 4K TV purchases.

I love my 4k TV lol.

LOL I now agree 100% about the ravens having supersonic flight speed in the last 2 seasons. It's ridiculously obvious.

I did, my player still had some issues but that's because my lazy butt needs to clean the lens at some point.

I did stop the full show marathon with 2 episodes left but that's because I hate the final 2 episodes so much.
