That was awesome and honestly unpredictable. It’s usually pretty easy with these marvel stories to predict how the story is going to play out. Not this one. Very much enjoying this series so far.

I'd say your top image is definitely going to be in the next episode. Those are the same buildings in the background of the mid-credits scene. (I'm also guessing a few characters have been digitally removed for this as a trailer clip.)

[Show spoiler]I wonder if President Loki is another variant, since there were a ton that looked like Hiddleston

The best thing about the Disney+ shows is each has offered something different, good or bad. This is what some people have been complaining about for years. Bring it all on because I am having a great time with all of it.

I sure hope so. These Marvel series have been exceptionally well but somehow faulty on their finale episodes.

I don’t mind the amount of dialogue or lack of action. However, the show seems to be struggling to get through the first 4 episodes with content. I feel like this could have been a two hour movie, but is being stretched out into a 6 episode TV show, because it wouldn’t be up to the MCU movie standards. I'm bummed that I feel this way, as this was the MCU TV show that I was looking forward to the most.

I've been enjoying it so far. Whether or not that's just my excitement at having new TV to consume, who's to say? But I like what (I think) they're trying to do with it. It's interesting to see a villain (or, at the very least, antihero) see themselves from an outside perspective and see not only what others truly think of them, but the consequences that their actions have on the people and world around them. It's like a hero origin story, but set after they've been the villain.

Maybe it's because they're themes I, and many others, have struggled with themselves- how does my identity shape who I am? How do the expectations of others define who I become? Does my past influence my future or do I? I like things that make me think- I'm pretty sure that's one of the many reasons I liked WandaVision more than FatWS. Anything that changes how I feel about a character, that allows me to see the same flawed human emotion in a larger-than-life character, is welcome in my book. Loki always kinda floated somewhere in the middle for me- he was fun, and he skirted the line between comic booky and real, but this show has definitely elevated him in my book. I don't necessarily see him sticking as a full-fledged hero from here on out- he'll return to his trickster ways- and all this groundwork will make it all the more interesting.

Who knew fans would complain about getting new MCU content weekly for the past six months…

As far as criticism goes, WandaVision felt the most appropriate for weekly episodes. Falcon and Winter Soldier could have easily been a movie release.

Loki isn’t as serialized I thought it to be. It does feel like an extended film having expanded scenes that would’ve otherwise been trimmed out if it were made into film.

This allows for more breathing room and character development that is often lost in a 120 minute movie.

Though, Loki is definitely taking its sweet time in unraveling the plot. I felt that WV continually answered questions while those answers opened up the plot bringing about more questions.

TFATWS on the other hand had burden of juggling multiple plot lines, losing main focus in middle section, only to surprisingly pull off closure on all threads in its finale even at the expense of missing opportunities (partially due thanks to the pandemic).

With Loki, it’s as if that story is just getting started only the end two episodes later. So I guess I’m glad that series is receiving a second season.

I think some of the criticism is due to impatience. Some aren't used to waiting on weekly released episodes. It's not dragging or drawn out, you just have to wait. I actually like it released this way. It creates more anticipation and conversation. We get to savor it. If all episodes dropped at once, we would have binged, discussed, and already moved on to the next thing by now.

I'm going to disagree with you on Wandavision. I feel like we didn't get any real answers until the finale. At least to questions that would be relevant to the MCU as a whole.

Loki isn't much better, but there's a chance none of this affects the MCU (or it does, drastically. And I'm prepared to watch a good show that has zero ramifications.

Case in point, I didn't really enjoy the first episode of Loki that much but I try to give every new series a few episodes to draw my interest. While Loki started out rough, each episode just gets better and better. The latest episode, "The Nexus Event" was spectacular. I was blown away (sorry guys, I'm not spoiling on this; you have to watch it) by some reveals in the episode.

I'm getting very excited for the final two episodes of the season. The episode did have some reveals, some surprises, and a few shocks. But, I've definitely hooked on this series.
Add to that their impatience, they epitomise the truly pathetic nature of online behaviour.

It's already been known that Loki will heavily affect/involve ramifications that'll be seen in Doctor Strange MOM.

We also know WandaVision played a role in that as well. Not to mention Kang being alluded to with TVA/Time Keepers, will also appear in Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania. Probably where Loki-Season 2 will further explore.

Most of those sites I don't trust anyways, as they are going off rumors and speculation. The only thing I know is, I can judge a movie or TV series for its value. I don't care if the cast is woke or inclusive. Long as it has decent acting, a good story and good acting, I'm in it for the long haul. Loki is the first series, since The Mandalorian, that I've actually enjoyed. I wasn't too impressed with Wandavision or Falcon and the Winter Soldier but I have been enjoying Loki.

I'm also anticipating Moon Knight, Secret Invasion, Silk, Book of Boba Fett and the new Obi-Wan series.

I'm just selective with the shows I enjoy and it takes a lot for me to praise something. Overall, I'd give Loki a solid B+, so far. Can't wait to see future seasons of the series.

What's really cool is that the TVA's little time jump pads can be picked up by just about anyone and can be figured out in about half a second. Even a 10 year old can do it.
No DNA safeguards, no passwords, no "do you really want to time jump?" warnings....nope, nothing.
All ya gotta do is knock one out of their hands, or switch yours with theirs when they are not looking, and Bingo....you will soon be anywhere you want.
