people shouldnt be reading a movie thread unless they have seen the movie once its out, there loss if they read my comments and were spoiled

1) don't know marcus is a mut, but no cause he's a machine built differently.
2) connors a scrub, he's a human.
3) they took my money & left us hanging, wait for terminator #6 for answer.

[Show spoiler] i was wondering the same thing, but probably not because that would kill the dramatic effect of him giving up his heart. also, was he technically a terminator? or was he just a test to see if they could pull it off
they referred to him as a prototype if im not mistaken

2.

[Show spoiler] well the organ (just the heart is what he got) was marcus's before he became a cyborg, there wasn't anything terminator-like about it. it was just a very strong human heart. if anything connor just has a more better heart than what he had before.

[Show spoiler]well seeing as skynet used the frequency to trace back to the sub....i'm going to say no since i'm sure the resistance doesn't want Skynet finding them again. also, i'm not quite sure if the frequency actually worked, i think skynet's machines may have just been programed to "shut-down" to give the illusion that the frequency did indeed work. atleast that would have been a cooler masterplan for skynet

it's five on a thursday. People aren't even out of work yet. It's not that hard.

Just because it's a thread about the movie, doesnt mean that it is ok to not spoil it. Remember, this isnt the "review" thread. people would be warned ahead of time if it was in the review thread.

I remember going directly to the movies after work just to save weekends for other activities. Never got any complaints of wearing my sweat stained shirt during humid 100 degrees summers.

The more I talk about it online and on the boards, the more I dislike it. I stay away from reviews specifically because I don't want to be tainted. All I heard about this was that it was getting mediocre reviews but nothing specific.
Yet I've now gone from disappointment to anger. I really REALLY wanted to love this movie.

To me, this felt like a C-movie with an A-movie star and B-movie effects.
Some lines of dialogue are laughably bad and the story is just obvious.

Remember the leaked ending being changed where you-know-who bites the dust, well it felt close to coming true as I was watching this.

Overall I give this a 9/10 bromance testosteroned whimsical comedy farfetched 2 hour time waster McG-in-da-house event.

As a terminator mythology that follows the previous films then it gets 6/10.

There's no way it can be better than T3. But glad you liked it.

As for comparing it to Aliens. Yeah... no. Sorry, not a chance in hell.

Without Bale sticking his nose in, the film probably would be been much better.

Comparing it to the two crap Matrix films is right on the money. Hopefully T5 is terminated.

Maybe they can come back to it without McG and especially without "Batman Growl" Bale.

the sequels will depend on the box office numbers, and so far with the amount of sub par reviews the sequels could be in danger
