That last picture of all the damaged steelbooks looks to me like the title might be slightly debossed. But honestly I don't know.

I did see on the BB site that pre-orders are available again but still no ISPU option so I'm not placing an order yet.

I do, hence why I said if they're shipping to the retailer busted up it doesn't bode well for the consumer either. I'd expect a little more care of the package going to the stores but based on what you posted, I guess not lol

It's weird BB writes "get it on release day" yet my order hasn't even shipped yet. Generally remember BB having begun shipping just prior to release.

I generally remember when there wasn't a pandemic and Best Buy hadn't fired half of their employees and there were enough people to handle everything.
