So, how do pre-orders work here? If I want to pre-order the new 3DFA title and get some sale items too, does that reserve a copy of each film I wanted at point of sale? Ie, if I buy a sale item today with a December pre-order item, and that sale item goes out of stock next week, will it still ship in December? Thanks!

Pretty sure every store operates this way. You order today, it’s yours.

So many great titles. Even with as many as I just purchased, there are quite a few more that I had to pass on for the time being. Depending upon what is offered in the Shout sale later this month, I might make another order before the expiration of this sale. Anyway, here's the damage:

Here's a non-sale I added to my order. I'm a bit surprised that it hasn't been offered in any sales as of yet.

Hi there, we're seeing that site is running a tad sluggish from all of the traffic. The sale goes on for next few weeks, so please come back if you're having trouble.

Anyway, here are some brief notes from customer service;
-Please review your carts very carefully.
-Check that you're getting the format you want
-Be sure you don't already own it (unless you want another copy).
-Provide an accurate address, watch for typos.
-We don't split orders if you include a pre-order, or if an item temporarily goes out of stock.
-We cannot modify, add, or remove titles from your orders once placed. If you want to change something, you will need to cancel your order then re-enter.

We expect that orders will be processed quickly if all items are available.

Best way to reach us is not to call since our main office is still closed due to Covid. Please use form at https://www.kinolorber.com/customer-service

p.s. If you're North of the border, our Canadian agent Unobstructed View is also expected to put in sale prices for titles available in Canada.
