I definitely think it’s the disc authoring here rather than the players.
Well it looks like Spider-Man 3 finally boots up for me on my Xbox One S, I guess with a recent blu-ray app update? It didn't play at all for me for a while. I also deleted the app, reinstalled it, and put it on my internal system memory. I still haven't played the movie the whole way though yet. Tell me if it works without any problems.

I've switched to using a Blu-ray player for all of my movie watching now, a Sony UBP-X700. I haven't played Spider-Man 3 in a while but I'll give it a spin today perhaps ad see what it does.

The thread has 99 pages, so I'm sure it has been answered somewhere, but I don't quite know how to search for information within the thread without having to peruse page by page.

Given these were reviewed in 2017, how is the quality on these? Does the 4k still hold up? Native 4k or just upscaled?

Considering I already have the original blu-rays and the Mastered in 4K rereleases, I've been waiting to pick these up at a good price. Also ordered The Amazing Spider-Man movies and with some reward points, I was able to get all 5 movies for only $57. Just in time for my rewatch before No Way Home.

Ordered. You know that these are going to get rereleased at some point soon, but $30 is too good to pass up. Missed it last holiday season when it was at this price for a couple hours and been kicking myself ever since.

Ordered. At $30 it’s a no-brainer.

Me Too!

If The Amazing Spider-Man set goes down to $19.99 I'd be all in on that one too.

I have so many different versions of Spider-Man including the double Steelbook bluray package but Spidey is #2 for me right after Batman so happy to get these films in 4K at a great price.

CamelCamelCamel says it was $26 at one time but that $4 is not a dealbreaker for me!

Can’t decide if I should get this at $30 since I caved and imported 1 and 2 via zavi back when the set was hard to find at a reasonable price. I remember not caring for 3, but I haven’t seen it in ages.

I imagine I could easily flip the UK release for 1 and 2 on eBay, but at the same time, I prefer their packaging and original art.

Does 3 get better or worse on repeat viewings?

Like most of you, I couldn't resist the $30 price tag. Ordered.

I had been meaning to add these to my collection anyway, so the nice price sealed the deal.
