How would I go about getting a Pinocchio Blu-Ray slip cover? My copy never came with one.

Also...

How can I get a GREEN Blu-Ray case for The Incredible Hulk Blu-ray I purchased from Blockbuster?

Check the sale/trade forum for the slipcase and the green case, you might just get lucky in there.

Call Disney's technical support line and they should be able to send you the slipcover. I called them to get the photographs for my Who Framed Roger Rabbit DVD when they weren't included. I got them in the mail a few days later.

It should be printed on the disc art directly.

Thank you, should I just say the Blu-Ray never came with the slip cover or lie and say it ripped?
