Paramount was saying this disc would have PCM audio when it was supposedly going to be released on BD but I am not seeing it in the pic?

it looks real

the movie was funny, a bit boring at some scenes, but pretty funny

after the deal ends, para will send these out, this movie will be a collectible for 18 months and thats it

It's a fake.

A very well done fake.

Here are my issues:

1 - We do not get to see the "business" side of the disc.
2 - No receipt copy
3 - The top security tag was nicely removed (all the words) except for some of the white.
4 - Why is the insert squared off? Why would Paramount have 2 different insert styles for HD-DVD and Blu-Ray? (The corners are rounded off on the HD-DVD version see pic)
5 - Only this one person has one. Nobody else anywhere has show proof of one.

And why exactly would someone go through all that trouble just to produce a fake? What would that achieve?

This Could Actually Be A Real Copy of Blades Of Glory On BD. I Work At Target And When Blades Came Out, We Got 6 Copies Of It On BD. But When The Release Date Came Around, A Message Came From Corporate Telling Us Not To Sell It Because It Went HD Exclusive. The Copies Of It On BD Went To Our Backroom And Sat Back There For About A Week Before Getting Sent Back. This Happened At Every Target Across America, So I'm Assuming That Best Buy, Circuit City, And Wal-Mart All Did The Same Thing. Employees Buy Streetdate All The Time So I'm Not Surprised That There Are Copies Of Blades Of Glory On BD Out There.

I checked again and can see it barely so maybe this is legit.
This release was supposed to be PCM vs core 5.1 on the good enough format, which is the only reason I was looking forward to it.
Well that and my wife liked it.

Paramount, before their big payoff was supposed to start issuing PCM on many upcoming BD versions.

It's clearly showing in the back of the insert. 5.1 LPCM

all youd need to do is get the back of the case print it out stick it in the blu-box and hold up a dvd version crop in the Blu-ray disk pic onto the disk

Crop in the Bluray disc pic onto the disc would mean that you had a bluray disc to crop from, so why, if a disc exsists to crop from, couldn't this be a real disc too?

To me, I don't care cause the movie sucked in my opinion, but I do believe there were at least some discs made, for retail or not.

If he had shown a recipt, would you not say it was photoshopped also?

Looks like the real deal to me. I rented BoG a few nights ago and it was pretty funny. Not a "must own" HD movie imo though, comedies in HD just aren't something I normally buy. Of my 40 movies only 2 are comedies. Talladega (freebie with PS3) & Ice Age:The Meltdown.
