I was thinking about that, but there's nothing really that I want, that won't be SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere, so I'm just gonna let this one go unless it happens to still be around when another exclusive comes out.

Same--I had the same thought, but the only thing I'd want is Alligator and I ain't dropping 36 on that.

Seconding Black Sunday. Of what I've seen of it on TV, it's likely going to be one of my favourite latter Robert Shaw films.

I'd like to add the Paul Newman-starring Twilight (both the theatrical cut and an option to branch in the cut footage). This would be a dream title for me.

If it hasn't gone out-of-print, I'd still like to get Two-Minute Warning (as the UK release dosen't have the alternate TV cut as an extra), along with The Seduction and Superstition (as there is no sign of a UK release of both).

Pass on the Corman title. And no I'm not paying full price for any of their releases to get free shipping. That's what they want you to do.

I was actually thinking they may have purposely done a single title drop hoping people would go directly with the preorders. I learned my lesson on that, so nice try if that was the Marketing strategy, :P

In just the last several months I've paid $30+ for a shout preorder titles just to see people getting them for ~$20 shortly after (or in some cases before) release day.

I made the mistake of paying $36 for the Krampus 4K via Shout while Amazon had it for $7 cheaper. Tried to do the same with Alligator but this one is actually MORE expensive on Amazon. Maybe it'll go down in price. THE CORE is only $18.99 from Shout but I may still order a copy from Amazon.

I had been waiting for something to pair with Bluebeard, so glad Day the World Ended came along.

It's ok. Very similar to the later flick, Panic At Year Zero, though that one has a bit more exploitation. I Have TDTWE on DVD and I don't see myself spending $30 for a bluray of that. $15 yeah but not $30.

Amazon has gotten shifty with their pre-orders. The last several months I've noticed multiple examples of boutique label releases dropping 1 day after the release date but not a penny before then. I currently have "Eyes of Fire" on pre-order at Amazon but am expecting to cancel it in late January only to then re-order on release day or the day after to get the discounted price. Alligator is on my list of titles to watch and likely do the same thing with.

Scream Factory earlier posted on facebook that they added a slew of more releases heading towards OOP, some haven't been out that long these mustn't have been good sellers

What sucks about the DVD is that it's 4x3 letterbox. If these exclusives were available for a long enough time I'd probably eventually breakdown and get them.

Although directed by Corman, DTWE is not a Corman library title. It's an Arkoff library title such as War of Colossal Beast, How To Make a Monster and Earth vs Spider. Others that may show up as exclusives are She Creature, Blood of Dracula, The Undead, Brain Eaters and Machine Gun Kelly.
Unless SHOUT now owns the Arkoff library outright, these titles could still get a other region release or show up on another label when Shout's licenser expires.

I would LOVE those 2. I ordered DTWE yesterday. She Creature was torturous. The monster was cool but the time it took for it to show up felt like days. Do you think this one is also a possibility?

I love Dorothy Provine. She is a scene stealer in 2 all star cast films, It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World and The Great Race. She should have been a much bigger star but she retired early....
