Arrived with one rip on the cardboard (case is all made of thick cardboard) but otherwise a nice compact way to house these! No issue with my light. It automatically comes on when I take the case out. Oh and that spot where you slide up on the side is so that it pops open the trap! Just figured that out haha.

That really sucks that yours came damaged. I would request a replacement but that's just me and who knows when you would even get one. Really looking forward to getting mine but with my luck it won't light up.

the pictures came out really good since they made the cardboard look like plastic, but yes this is an expensive set since it is made out of cardboard.

Yeah it's not terribly noticeable since the design makes it look like the case is beat up lol.. but where the rip is at I'll have to open from the bottom all the time to make sure it doesn't break off over multiple openings. I won't risk the return/reorder process.

The sides are actually just big stickers on the cardboard whereas rest of the design is part of the cardboard (that's a cheap thing to do

) But it's what's inside that really matters!

Oh I really like the look of this, but kinda gutted the UK version doesn't have those lovely slips.

Kicking myself for not ordering the US version when advised through Deep Discount!

I am in Canada and ordered mine from amazon.ca. It shipped in the last 12 hours or so. I am really hoping that the 4k Dolby Vision version of Ghostbusters looks better than the 2016 4k version. The old one is way too noisy...pretty bad.

The first blu ray version of Ghostbusters (2009) was also a mess of noise...really bad. Then the mastered in 4k version fixed the unnecessary noise yet maintained natural grain in the picture.....looked great by comparison.

I hope the new 4k DV makes the same kind of improvement vs the 2016 4K version. I will find out soon enough. I don't see anyone posting any comparisons yet. The first 4k (2016) of Ghostbusters 2 does not have issues with being way too noisy........looks great.

My copy coming from Amazon says "Arriving February 9" which is fine.Builds my anticipation.Plus I got coming from Best Buy this week,Catwoman: Hunted steelbook and Summer School.So they'll all be coming around the same time.

Seeing that rip, the Watchmen (2009) Collector's Edition comes to mind. Not one corner was intact on that one. Hope mine makes it through more or less unscathed.
