Yeah, it's too bad they couldn't do a 4K release of it. Had a feeling SC wouldn't give 4K rights if they haven't released it on 4K as well. The Criterion release does carry over several great extras from the DVD at least, including the Scorsese commentary.

Super disappointed that The Tales of Hoffman isn’t UHD. I’m in for Worst Person in the World (ok maybeee), Pink Flamingos and Rouge (Stanley Kwan is always a welcome surprise, glad they are releasing Asian films frequently) at least. Shaft on UHD is an interesting choice, not sure I’d pick it up though. Not familiar with or interested in Farewell Amor.

Anyway, I already have the Warner blu triple feature of the three "Shaft" films.

I'll likely get "Pink Flamingos". That's about it for me, this go around.

I'll probably get it, mainly for Anita Mui as she was one of the most stunning actresses ever. However, the film of hers I would really like to see is A Better Tomorrow III.

I almost imported Rouge last week for a filler item when I was making another YA order, glad I didn’t now! Now I’m just a little hesitant to preorder and import Lan Yu on Blu-ray haha.
