Yes, which is why I added a "(yes)" with Kino, fully aware that Kino will be controversial, but I wasn't saying Kino is Arrow, let alone Vinegar, which I should've put first actually(had I considered an order).

Sony also has a history of not fixing errors. The Sony black crush TM says hello. Asking another guy for a video to display the audio issue after having told me that they will look into the issue was suspect already as well.

Anyway, I'll still give them some time, but for now I'm disappointed.

Arrow also doesn't really like to fix errors.
But they had no choice with Dune, but they did try their damnedest to ignore it for a while!

I didn't really mention the audio issue, so it was mostly just to get an update about the missing disc and slipcover...

I guess that's why they answered quickly.

Such a messy release, it's a real shame. The concept was so good.

The sign of life from customer support is pretty good compared to the silence from WB, but it's not really giving much confidence to take this long to get replacements for missing discs. I guess it would be justified if they did fix the audio, but like you said, it seems they probably aren't even looking into that.

The people doing social media or digital bits (I don't): It won't hurt. And I may or may not try the latter for bringing it to attention myself. But I guess most people here don't even seem to care.

I’m probably gonna get shot down in flames by someone for asking this but please can anyone say for certain whether the audio issues on the 4K discs of GB 1 and 2 in The new Ultimate Box Set are the same for the U.K set. That’s the one I’ve got.

My set (luckily) is immaculate inside and out (because the packaging from Amazon U.K was top notch) and all the discs are the right ones.

I had no idea there were audio issues and just by chance I found out. If anybody would be kind enough to say that would be great.

I emailed them but just got the we are looking into it as well. I was so excited to get this set and I watched the preview cut. It was interesting, but I don’t think I will watch it again. My main reason for getting the set was because I missed out on the Steelbook LE with the original sound. I haven’t even watched the movies now. The original track actually sounds better on the included Blu-ray. Very disappointing, especially with how expensive this set was. I was a great defender of Sony and what they have been doing for 4K, but they really dropped the ball on this release. I guess we just get the middle finger.

Hey all, does anyone know if the triple pack in Australia have the Dolby vision versions for 1&2. The packaging says Dolby vision but doesn't mention for which movies..

Did I miss the post/statement were they acknowledge the sound issue? Or are they saying they'll do when also the replacement discs are ready to ship?
