I only got prompt no bs replies (even if I didn't like them) and will refer only to that.Sony also has a history of not fixing errors. The Sony black crush TM says hello. Asking another guy for a video to display the audio issue after having told me that they will look into the issue was suspect already as well. Anyway, I'll still give them some time, but for now I'm disappointed. |

I didn't go back to check who it was, but they asked me to do/provide the exact same thing before and asked you after telling me they'll look into it. Which smelled like ignoring the issue to me. I'll stand corrected.

![]() I guess that's why they answered quickly. Such a messy release, it's a real shame. The concept was so good. The sign of life from customer support is pretty good compared to the silence from WB, but it's not really giving much confidence to take this long to get replacements for missing discs. I guess it would be justified if they did fix the audio, but like you said, it seems they probably aren't even looking into that. |

Still didn't hear anything back and sent them one last message now.

I’m probably gonna get shot down in flames by someone for asking this but please can anyone say for certain whether the audio issues on the 4K discs of GB 1 and 2 in The new Ultimate Box Set are the same for the U.K set. That’s the one I’ve got.
My set (luckily) is immaculate inside and out (because the packaging from Amazon U.K was top notch) and all the discs are the right ones. I had no idea there were audio issues and just by chance I found out. If anybody would be kind enough to say that would be great. Thanks. |

Did I miss the post/statement were they acknowledge the sound issue? Or are they saying they'll do when also the replacement discs are ready to ship?
