Unfortunately, Apple's licensing agreements prevent cross accounts being created in iTunes. They use your IP addess to determine your country or region and you can only create an account for your country or region.
I tried setting up an Australian store account but iTunes redirected me back to the US store. Back to the licensing thing... The digital copy is not licensed to be distributed worldwide since a film can have different distributors. For US releases of iTunes compatible digital copies, the digital copy is only licensed and authorized to be distributed in the US. |
