My copy just arrived. Gave it a quick spin and some thoughts. The Walter Hill interview runs for an hour. Can't wait to watch that. The PQ is an old master for sure. I'm not sure if it aligns more with the Japanese or German, but would probably say the Japanese if I were to guess. No weird BS that I noticed. No ghosting, lots of grain, no specks, but again still looks a bit old. Still one million times better than that crap Artisan Blu-ray. It's an end of an era folks. I'm been looking forward to this for so long, that I feel like the dog chasing a car and not sure what to do that I finally caught it. Still feels good to have this in the USA.
