Can someone briefly tell me where this game fits into the Ghostbusters story?

Is it a sequel, a prequel, wedged in between I and II, or is it unrelated altogether?

I've only recently become interested in the game, and now will definitely go give it a rent.

It's like the 3rd part in the story. Takes place after #2 I read.

not a gamestop employee but i was talking to the store manager 2 days ago (when i put my preorder down) and he was already playing it in the backroom. so i assume they've all been shipped early.

He was probably playing one of the 'new' copies that aren't sealed.

Seriously, right now I'm debating whether or not to purchase or rent this game. Though if I really have to think about it, I might as well rent it.

I just got a call from Dan Aykroyd telling me that my copy will be available tomorrow at GameStop

Haha. Things like that are why I hate supporting GameStop, but sometimes they lure me in with their exclusive stuff you get when pre-ordering.

This game is definitely a rental to me, and if there is something to it that shows me it's worth owning, I'll wait afew weeks and try getting a cheaper copy on eBay or in the trading forums.

For a while I was planning on just renting Uncharted 2, too, but now I've decided to probably just go buy it, to support the company. I'm not really a fan of all the multiplayer they added in to it (I can't help but feel like it takes away from what the game is actually about), but I played through the first game several times, and imagine the 2nd will be just as fun to play multiple times.

two years after movie 2, and its a prequel to movie three.

Ouch. I've never heard of that website, but I don't really follow too much gaming news, so maybe it's just my own lack of knowledge about reliable websites.

But part of me hopes something is off with that article, even if it's something as devious as labeling the PS3 pictures as the Xbox ones, and vice versa.

I'll wait for another site to say something. I've never heard of LensofTruth, and when looking at their main page, they have lots of articles with 0 comments, so I assume there are tons of other people who have never heard of the site.

Seems weird that such a site somehow got an early copy of each game, to really compare.

Ya, it's brighter, but the textures are definitely worse.

After watching the video I'm convinced something was set wrong on their PS3... Maybe someone had it set for 720P or something... I guess we'll find out tomorrow morning...

Thats what I thought too. But there are a few things that would require a bit of work to fake, like the embers in the wall after shooting it. Not sure how they would've faked that.

Everything else could've been either just changed settings in the video playback (like the brightness, sharpness, etc), or a simple Photoshop job (like adding an PS3 X button logo, instead of the Xbox A button).

I still find it hard to believe this unheard of site got their hands on some early copy, and have the resources to make such a video.
