The StudioCanal French Blu ray is missing the entire climax of the film, so unless the UK distributors restore it from a different print (like FilmArt have done) then it’s a completely pointless exercise. |

My Sony player says they're both 103min in length. I think the only difference is a small section at the very end which is available separately on the extras menu. |

Kill Them All and Come Back Alone is good fun and a well regarded spaghetti, most people like it. Here's Scherp's review from the SWDB -
https://www.spaghetti-western.net/in...Scherpschutter) And a fun trailer with lots of stuff blowing up. I have a copy hanging around of it that looks gorgeous, so the Blu with good extras will be a lovely release. Disappointing about High Crime being cut but I'm feeling positive about Studio Canal bring out more cool titles in this line. |

[Show spoiler] Many of these Italian films were released as a double bill in the UK and US theaters: Almost Human, Death Rage, Rome Armed to the Teeth, to name a few. Hence - the edit. |

I saw this film in 35mm (with Castellari sitting almost next to me) about 12 years ago. I don't know which version it was, and I don't remember much about the film but I absolutely loved the abrupt ending where [Show spoiler] So I'd really like to have a version with that abrupt ending. Is that on the German release? And how about the Studio Canal release? How does that version end?

So what endings do the two versions on the German release have?

[Show spoiler] Having watched the 103' Italian cut, I feel I'm going to like the 93' cut with a totally different ending.

I wonder if StudioCanal will use this line to release some of the Hammer films they missed during their string of releases in the 2010's, such as The Nanny and The Anniversary both starring Bette Davis? Assuming they still have these.

They still have THE NANNY so I'd imagine they have them both.

Yeah, the FilmArt version is the one to get until someone reissues it with English subtitles for the Italian audio (and maybe even upgraded print quality for the shootout portion / last reel if they find better elements). As far as English dubs go, this one is actually pretty solid to the point where I'm convinced that most of the main cast did speak English while filming.

Nope, I made the listing and that was just the runtime from the database for the film. The Amazon listing says it’s 93 minutes, so I tried to change the BR.com listing but it hasn’t been updated yet.
