Watched the 3rd episode which also looked amazing. I really wish though they would give you some kind of idea of the time elapsed in all these time lapse shots. I mean they make the plants look like animals basically with directed and intentional movements all over the place. And that may be true, but it matters to me whether something I'm watching takes an hour or a day or week, lol.

Watched the 4th episode, deserts. It's really amazing how many plants can survive when there's no water. Although I've seen some of that with my own eyes in California. This episode also had a few shots of a technician in a lab. It's been a long time since they've had a non-nature shot in an Attenborough nature doc.

Watched episode 5 about interaction with humans. For those worried it's a global warming episode, it's really not. There's a lot about taking up too much land for farming but it only touches on global warming a few times. All of the episodes comment on it at one point, but it's pretty relevant lol. This was pretty good but the other episodes had stronger picture. Might partly be because of the topic. Now I only have the behind the scenes episode to watch but I might not do it for a few weeks.
