Oh and an awesome thing about this device: It has an engraved tri-force logo on the back of the device, and when you switch on the screen, the tri-force logo on the back lights up. It's amazing for me.
It also functions as a watch with awesome Zelda themed backgrounds. The box, slipcover, and tray are all decked out too. I’m glad I got one.

I ordered this from target and it arrived this morning, the delivery box had been cut open! I was pretty freaked out, but nothing in the box was damaged. I almost didn’t get this since I bought the Mario one last year and still haven’t played it, but it’s fun playing The Adventure of Link again.

Thank you so much for posting that. If you hadn't, who know how long it would have taken for me to notice that. Mine arrived on Mon from Amazon (ordered it months ago). It's awesome.

My daughters bought me this for my birthday. I'm not an active video game nut anymore. Not since the early 90's. I do have a bittboy loaded with over a hundred nes, snes & gameboy/color roms. But the d-pad isn't to my liking, controlling is awkward. The sound was also tinny. So I gave up on the Legend of Zelda at maybe the 4th level of the 1st quest. On this new game & watch I am heading to the 8th level dungeon of the 2nd quest! It's playability is exciting! The d-pad feels like Nintendo! And the sound is awesome! Now I want them to create an oled screen upgrade version!

Both Target & Walmart has this in-stock. I saw at least a dozen at either store.

My daughter has one of those. I've played a few roms here and there. It's such a big pancake device. I like having a pocketable, anywhere kind of experience. 80's & 90's games-only. Since this Zelda game & watch release, the bittboy people released their best variant yet. It plays games better. It's screen is bigger and better (than game & watch, too). It even plays so many 80's arcade originals that it's surreal. The D pad I complained about on the original bittboy has now been replaced with one feeling like and playing like original Nintendo equipment. Overall size is deck of playing cards. Nice weight and premium materials feel. Priced $9 over the game & watch's msrp. I dig this mini portable handheld scene! And I will still eagerly buy the next new Nintendo game & watch!

I was at two Target locations today and saw a bunch of them available. Seems that they are not moving. I don't see Nintendo is going to release another G&W.
