I dont do digital so what's the deal with Heat 4K? Is it a different color timing then that found on the Remastered BD? Is it just dimmer? What's the deal?

It's way too dark which makes the movie look like shit. The colors don't pop like they should in HDR. It has a very dull look to it with a lack of detail.

It is more about the characters and their relationships and the inner-workings of both sides. You're getting a look at how real people and their families would be impacted by such events. The number of side-plots or minor storylines is insane.
