As of now less than couple hundred bucks ($176) separate the two; Maverick having that super narrow edge.

I'm looking @ various numbers, comparisons, last year ... by the way Spider-Man: No Way Home played in theaters for 189 days! Last day was last Thursday, June 23, 2022.

I have no clue what the future holds up for Top Gun: Maverick, but it sure is on fire, meaning @ the cash register.

I'll take it one week @ a time, one month @ a time, ...and who knows when Maverick might expire; only the gods of the heavens above us all.

Can Maverick play in theaters till December 15, the day before Avatar 2 opens the new water gates? I have zero clue, less than zero.

$2 billion I don't see it on the horizon, but everything is so foggy in this world today; we cannot see clear anymore, we cannot breathe free anymore, we cannot be normal anymore ... and for a long time to come.

I’m looking forward to watching the extras when the disc comes out!

Top Gun 2 lost to Elvis by roughly $1M. Sundays estimates for TGM we're too generous and Elvis held a lot better than expected.
