It was one of several mid-century, Brit produced B&W thrillers Kino has put out that I picked up a year or two back. The first two didn't do much for me, but I LOVED this one.
Takes a while to come into focus, but it finishes strong with an involving last act and a tense climax.
Bloom is luminous, and Mason makes for a terrific scoundrel.

Highly recommended!

Great news about Italian Job, though I'm pretty surprised it wasn't an actual 4K release.

And Romeo And Juliet (1968) which like The Italian Job has a 4K restoration and was only released on blu-ray outside of the U.S. by Paramount. The blu-rays were released before the 4K restoration was done.

Kino Insider - When you previously said that one of the unannounced 80s titles in the MGM deal was something that may be seen as horror by some (or words to that effect), were you referring to something new to Blu-ray, or something previously on Blu-ray? Thanks.
