I expect Prime day to be a bit of a dud.
The days of great deals ended a good decade ago when Black Friday used to be a bonanza but then became a non event.

it's just a marketing day.

Simple is KNOWING your prices "oh... it's 70% off... following a 200% price hike"

Amazon UK items are up, some are included in the 'Buy 2, save 20%' sale
Filter seller to Amazon UK and Prime Day Deals since the landing pages are not yet open at the time of this post

Some more interesting stuff in the UK deals - I just picked up the Indicator Columbia Noir #3 which had dropped price from $90 to $75. It was also in the Buy 2 save 20% list - couldn't find anything to pair it with so bought the cheapest thing I could - an ice scraper for $3 and got the whole thing down to $63 delivered. Gotta laugh.

Amazon have the Arrow release of Old Boy on 4K reduced to $35.05 and it is also part of the Buy 2, Save 20%, which brings it down to $28.04.

Yes but they make sure it is about impossible to keep track of prices just like about everywhere else, supermarkets, banks, etc. One step forward, two step backwards, or the other way around which ever you prefer.

Not sure if I have missed anyone getting a copy here of the Morbius steelbook but was it released as not been near my store for a while. And does anyone know what the price was for it?
It seems they are to lazy to txt when things are available to pick up these days so I don’t know if they are there or not yes I could call them but they was always on top of it notifying me when items was ready to pick up.

And to save the drive to store I can not email them what I want pre pre ordered they ask me to come into store or call them??
They say there emails are unmonitored and can be missed but was never a problem in past, even one of the staff said makes sense to email a list in and they can do at there own pace, but no they rather I drive all way to store and take up a staff members time which can at time be a long list which does not make sense.

Or I have to call giving sku numbers etc I just think sending the message they can be done when are less quiet or free.

Was never an issue in past and now it’s to hard to notify me what’s come in for me.

Lol I would if i could but it’s not online did you read my post it’s the steelbook, but all is good I asked the question in store today as I thought I was picking it up today but was not there.
Girl I’m charge of media said it was not canceled and that they only are getting the 5 in store just not had it in yet.

It’s supposed to be a pile anyway I’m hearing and I not seen anyone posting a purchase or picked up post unless I missed it so asked the question.

I don’t need to order online when I visit the store often and order what I need.

But thanks for the tip.

So JB has started their Buy 2 Get 1 Free on Movies again but it is not on all titles: it doesn’t include really recent and new releases. So no Doctor Strange 2, Morbius, Fantastic Beasts, The Northman, Ambulance etc. Also no box sets or multiple movie collections. Says it runs till 4th of September so likely some of the new titles above may get added before the deal ends.

Not a huge range, but MightyApe NZ has some under $20 4K titles at the moment.

The Untouchables 4k is also cheaper than JB... But shipping probably defeats that.

Probably latter this month or early next month, as there is usually one at least every 4-5 weeks max (as long as there isn't a better deal).
