It's a shame they're not selling standard edition cases with original artwork. I'd buy them and sell off my Best Buy exclusive steelbook set.

Sad thing is, I'll probably buy them with already owning the cardboard sleeve edition. They should have released the standard and steelbooks like this from the beginning but Univarsal had to sell them in their usual crappy cardboard sleeves and the bestbuy steelbooks art looked like garbage in my opinion. Wonder if the blu-rays that come with them are region locked to UK only.

They do sell region blu-rays just not sure about these. The description says region A,B,C.

Expired codes still work fine 99% of the time.

Most of the codes don't really expire in spite of the expiry date as the platforms are now more established and stable. I haven't lost a single movie till date (touch wood) at least on iTunes and MA but again you have the clueless folks who love scaremongering and spreading lies about digital

The Blu-rays will be the exact same discs that have been available for the last few years so region free.

FYI Universal never region lock discs that they have worldwide distribution rights too.
