Might just be my poor luck then. About a year ago I noticed when JB's packages arrive that they have an Aus Post tracking number on them, but when I inquired with JB about that they insist there's no tracking available for these low cost shipments. Seems so odd that they always include tracking on the package, but can never share that info with me so I can track it. That does me no good since I don't get the # until they arrive on my doorstep. I was able to finally get USPS Informed Delivery for my address just in the last year, and I have noticed such international packages show up in the system, but only once they reach the US. Again, not much help for a now 6 month old shipment. I order hundreds of movies each year, including from outside the US, and JB is the only one that consistently has gone missing. I hesitate to blame the US postal system since I've lived at the same address for nearly 20 years without any issues with them.

Reach out to JB Customer Service.

I've found that more often than not, these shipments aren't actually missing but that JB either shipped them out extremely late or didn't ship them at all and forgot about them, possibly because of backorders.

For example, in November, I inquired about a order that I placed in August that never arrived. Customer service apologized and gave me an Australia Post tracking number. When looking at the shipment history for that tracking number, it was only given to AU Post for shipment that very day.

Since I'm in the US, I've contacted JB after every single order to get a GST refund. I always get an email for their shipping notification, and then I request the GST refund and they always take care of it. I also have contacted them about every missing shipment -- 3 or more months after shipping notice -- and they've always responded. Sometimes we've have back-and-forth messages about shipments and I've asked about tracking every time. They've always said they offer no tracking #, even when clearly there is one. I'd estimate I've had at least 20 emails with JB over the last year and they've always been as helpful as they can be, and they've given me a refund for every item that's never showed up. Certainly no complaints with their CS staff. Otherwise I would not have returned so often. I really thought most of the missing shipments were Covid related as Australia had several major shutdowns, but my missing July 2022 shipment really throws me now. I'm generally ordering during sales and often buying limited edition items. They don't offer replacements, so trying to buy the same releases again 3+ months later when they're sold out or at a good price is usually not possible.

Is there a specific email you use or select a department from the website? I've done it before but it's been a while.
