What is the difference between the individual Department S releases & the complete series set assuming their is one of the latter?

FYI £2.50 etc are the prices excluding VAT, there are no differences between the single releases and the complete set, neither have extras - they are only on the dvd set.

The complete blu-ray set on Amazon is still cheaper than buying the Network sale releases (when VAT is included), however, you wouldn't be directly supporting Network.

Thanks I have the deluxe version BD of Volume 6 of Man in the Suitcase & I was wondering if it is worth getting the individual BD releases of the first 5 volumes or just getting the complete series set on BD? The box that the deluxe volume 6 came in doesn't look like it will house the other 5 volumes.

Can someone remind me of what TV BD upgrade titles have less or lose extras from the previous DVD releases? I'm going to make a list & get6 the DVD releases of any that are missing extras etc in adition to the BD releases.

Yes the deluxe Volume 6 is meant to hold the other 5 volumes. Whether you buy the separate volumes or the complete set comes down to cost unless you're interested aethestics/space. With the current sale prices its cheaper to pick up the 5 volumes you don't have.

I just checked the Deluxe volume 6 set thing (which i got for the extras, ie the 2 books) & after taking out the 2 books it came with I'm not sure how you'd be able to fit said volumes in it properly. you can't put the BDs in the set with the spines facing the lid as the box doesn't shut. the only way they would fit in is if you did it with the BDs face up or down on top of each other but then they'd rattle around in said box as there's nothing to protect them from that happening.

No idea but it does clearly state the box can accommodate all six volumes.

Does anyone know what Man in a Suitcase: To Chase a Million is? Is it a part of the series or something else?

Basically takes a two part story (Variation on a Million Bucks) and makes it into a feature length movie, pretty common for ITC to do this at the time e.g. The Saint, Persuaders.

I dunno about the MIAS one, but I've got the Joe 90 and Captain Scarlet ones and, IIRC, you took part of the card out then you had room to stack the earlier volumes in (in that case two stacks of two). It was secure enough.

The books should stay in there, I don't think you have to remove them to keep all the discs in.

I've got the case it's a snug fit for all the volumes and looks very nice, the extra goodies are not to bad either.

When were they posted. If before Christmas they would have been caught in the Royal Mail strikes so may be stuck somewhere.

Items posted in January seem to be running smoothly as no strikes since Christmas at the moment. Royal Mail seem to be prioritising new post and only working on the mountain of backlog when they have spare time hence older items dripping out very slowly.

It was posted 28 th December I've been a little concerned as they are usually reliable I do take in the fact of the mail strikes its a sixty quid order so I was a little jittery, thanks for your reply.

Post from 28th December should be unmolested by the strikes.

Post is still slightly slower here e.g. expecting something post 1st class Saturday which should be here today but no sign, but then our postman skips Monday deliveries every other week.

Also found last couple of HMV orders took 4 working days, when they should be 2.
