Metal music DVDs, a few TV shows, and a few anime DVDs that aren't coming to Blu anytime soon.

That's about it. It's Blu or die.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Considering my collection of DVD's over an 8 year period had made it's way ALL the way up to 52 and my BD's over the last 6 months is at 36, I doubt I'll be buying much of anything on DVD if I can help it!

Only movies and TV shows that I don't expect to make it to Blu anytime soon. I recently bought The Car, a tv movie that I love from my childhood. Also bought the Changeling with George C. Scott for $5 at Amazon.

Some of us get our exercise outside of our living room/home theater, too; don't forget that!

I've actually got several workout videos on my HTPC that my wife uses for her exercise. Leslie Sansone FTW! (totally kidding about the FTW part)

There is absolutely nothing that I will buy on DVD. Blu-ray is the present and future.

I still buy cheap DVDs , then again I'll buy dollar VHS if it tickles my fancy. I love flea markets and pawn shops.

I still buy some Asian movies on dvds, especially horror films from Thailand that probably won't go to Blu anytime soon, if at all. And then perhaps some locally produced documentaries.

Yeah, I've been contemplating buying DVDs from eThaiCD.com just because they have movies there with English subs that are not out here in the US. I got Casshern from eThaiCD before it's US release. I'm happy about that becuase the US release is butchered. Last time I bought a DVD was back in May. I was Big Lots and saw Diamond Dogs with Dolph Lundgren and Gen-X-Cops for $3 each and I couldn't pass those up.

When it comes time for me and my fiance to have kids, within the next five years I'm going to have to start stacking up on kids movies on Blu-Ray, lucky for me that much hasn't hit the market.

I can't wait for that, it's going to be both good and bad at the same time.
