Remote play requires an internet, but you can use it from anywhere, you don't have to be close to the ps5

and you can't play 2 games (like your example), the ps5 runs the game like it normally does, and you stream it to the Q, so it's basically like a wireless screen with a controller

for example, if you're playing from outside the house and someone turns on the tv, they can watch your game

I don't think the demand is high for something like this, specially because you can already do this with your phone or tablet + a ps5 controller

most people would prefer a dedicated handheld that can run its own game without the ps5 and internet
