What gives you the idea I missed it?

I just posted that list so people wouldn't go blind trying to read the extra titles coming to High Definition Blu-ray Disc:

"It is still our plan to release everything on Blu-Ray that we release or released on HD-DVD" - Warner Brothers

Default Bullitt

Look at the listing for Bullitt:

"Original Aspect Ratio: 2.40 (16:9 transfer)"

THAT SUCKS!!!

Also Christmas Story:

"Original Aspect Ratio: 1.78 (16:9 transfer)"

THAT SUCKS TOO!!!

Woah, there. Warner mislabeled these. Both were originally 1.85:1, and reviews say they both use the actual OAR.

If this is all 100% true this is great.
I hope the SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, WEST WING, GREEN MILE, HEAT, ROBIN HOOD: PRINCE OF THIEVES were an error and will be put on the Blu-Ray list as well.

Over the weekend some of these titles i.e. West Wing were listed as a Blu-Ray.

Yeah, except now how many months after the HD-DVD release do I have to wait to see Heat on Blu-Ray?

I'd buy at least 10 of those as oon as they came out. Very nice list. Hopefully some with higher bit-rate encodes and all with TrueHD or PCM...

well, they announced Harry Potter last week, Aviator this morning, and then announced (minus the specs and dates) Shawshank, Twister, and T3 this afternoon. I'd say thats definitely a good start to confirming this list.

What about the DigitalBits post that link an article mentionning that Warner is looking into a 'Huge Offer' from the HD DVD group... i mean couldn't they just do like Paramount, and cancel everything... on the next day?

They only are going to release "The Exorcist" on HD-DVD apparently...that's quite unfair. But, then again, apparently Toshiba may be financially tipping Warner Bros. off to go HD-DVD exclusive from the sounds of it.

I'm happy to see Superman Doomsday and Smallville season 1 listed there. Now if they would just release that Ultimate Superman boxset on Blu, that would be enough to make my avatar smile.

Shawshank was only flagged HD DVD
