I left my pixel orbiter on the one minute setting, what is the advantage to only letting it do it 2-3-4 mins?

I generally keep mine on 2 minutes all the time and when watching letterboxed films, I put it on 1 minute.

I think it just depends on what you're watching. For general TV usage, 2 or 3 should be fine, but for something like games or letterboxed DVD/BD's where you know there's going to be something stationary, put it on 1. At least that's what I do. Either way, you'll get IR, but the orbiter will alleviate how long it takes to get rid of the IR.
