The Twilight Time release has far less bonus features, but it is most certainly not "crap". The picture/sound are quite good.

After getting horribly burned by their release of NOTLD 90 and the pricing, I'm retroactively calling them all crap. The isolated score is nice, but I have the album digitally.

Ah man. That's another announcement today for me. Used to watch this on cable / VHS recording all the time, bought the Twilight Time BD and then the Shout BD. Will be curious to see how the 4K looks.
