They can turn her into a lame duck force ghost, but come on, she's turning out to be the most powerful pseudo-jedi ever. At this rate, she'll be retconned into being the Chosen One. Ani to Ahsoka in the WBW, "hey Snips, it turns out we were ALL wrong, and you are the clear Chosen One. Congrats, I bow down to your greatness"

For all the complaints, it was still the best episode of the 4. But surely they can do better, right?

[Show spoiler]Do Mandalorians have some kind of extended puberty phase? Here she is now acting like a teenager who won't listen and keeps crashing her mom's car...take the keys and her phone away, Ahsoka. Damn.
You just described the Mandalorians to a tee. Doesn’t matter what age they are, they are their own worst enemies.

She's in the WBW and will use that mechanism to get over to the other galaxy. The Anakin she's talking with apparently isn't a manifestation of "her Master", as evidenced by the few bold notes of the Vader/Imperial March theme being played after we get a good look at him. As for people saying that what we've seen so far is pretty lame, I agree, but this is clearly all about set-up for Filoni's film and not something that excites or interests anyone beyond the obvious fan-service and a bit of world-building on the side.

I've come here for years to express my opinion about various shows and movies. Some of my opinions are positive, some are negative. If you don't agree with what I have to say, cool, but don't become immature and fling crap to others over it. Thanks.

this show has been good, I hope it makes the small bit of the Star Wars community, that says Clone Wars, The Bad Batch, and Rebels aren't canon shut up

Man, what a good episode. I really like Baylon and Shin. I like that Baylon is man of honor and morals, and doesn't go against that, even if it annoys who he's working for. I can definitely see that playing a part in him helping to save the day (if it happens). Part of me really likes that a character can exist in that gray area, while part of me would love him to fully commit to a side. It's interesting noting that, despite being his padawan, Shin doesn't seem to share his same beliefs, at least fully. She's far more hot-headed than he is.

I liked the little detail in the duel between Shin and Sabine, when Shin thought Sabine was using the force and either turned away to block her face, or turned to look at the saber (can't tell which), then had the slow realization. Sabine improvised anyway, which was a great little character moment. I'd forgotten how much I liked Sabine during Rebels.

Eager to learn what Marrok's deal is too. Obviously he's
[Show spoiler]a product of Nightsister magic, but was he a resurrected corpse, or just an enchanted set of armor? I may have missed it, but I didn't stop to see if there was anything left in his clothes after getting cut down, or if it was a New Hope Obi-Wan situation.

Was reading a theory online-
[Show spoiler]now that Ahsoka is in the World Between Worlds again, she could technically just pop out on the other side wherever Thrawn and Ezra are.
Now that it's been said, I'm kind of expecting that to be the case, or else why bring it back up? I'm sure plenty of folks would see it as a convenience, but it would be a good pay-off/callback for what happened in Rebels.

Yes Jack appears to be correct as
[Show spoiler]the nightsisters conjured magic to similar effect in Clone Wars, been a while since I saw the specific episodes but the groundwork had been laid for this to happen

lol - Ahsoka, the character, the show, Rebels, Bad Batch, Clone Wars, etc. are all his "children" so of course he is going to take pride in them BUT that aside he has always shown nothing but reverence and deference to Lucas and all that he created. There is probably no bigger SW fan or historian than Filoni. Prior to the Disney era, Filoni ran everything by Lucas for approval. Just because George isn't around anymore doesn't mean Dave's respect for anything and everything that came before him is gone

I like it so far,
[Show spoiler]Ahsoka's recent loss notwithstanding
and I will never see Andor. Still making my way through Rebels for the first time.

Andor's no Ewok Adventure, but it's pretty good.

Marrok
[Show spoiler]Nightsister magic must be involved because when died there was green smoke similar to when Savage Opress died.

also at the end of the episode
[Show spoiler] Anakin was in his Revenge of the Sith outfit and lightsaber. Also the Vader theme played. Anakin may be a dark side manifestation because he’s not wearing his Jedi robes like at the end of episode 6.

When is the show set in relation to Mando season 3?

got an email from GoFobo earlier about theatrical showings for episode 5 next week, Filoni is said to be directing this one, so I am guessing Thrawn is making his first appearance here
No screenings in my area, all seem to be in big metro areas like LA, NY

Well, that wasn't half bad! Looks like the series is finding its feet. We've gone from Premium Mediocrity to something decent. Almost like it was a microcosm of The Clone Wars series where it started out as meh but just got better as it went on. Hopefully, this follows the same pattern.

Solid episode, but I hated how pathetic they made Sabine at the end (however predictable it may have been).

Anyone else shouting "FFS! Shoot it!" at the screen when Hera & chums encountered the gate ship?

REALLY enjoying this, despite some issues I have with it. The pacing is a little off, especially in conversations but the characters are enchanting me. And there were some very dodgy visual effects in that final moment, but the emotion of it worked for me. I'm wonder if
[Show spoiler]the World Between Worlds
is going to be a hard sell for anyone not familiar with it from Rebels.

I've got to say that Ray Stevenson is out-acting everyone else here, and creating a character that feels fully developed.

In regards to Marrok, yeah it looked like
[Show spoiler]there's some Nightsister magic at work there.

I've given up trying to figure out Star Wars fans today. I've come to the conclusion they are all insane. It doesn't matter if you are critical or positive you get attacked either way. I've liked Ahsoka up until this point. I couldn't say the same for most Disney Star Wars shows.

That was the only issue I had with the episode. The rest I thought was pretty great. Stevenson/Baylan is a definite highlight of the show so far.
