Years ago on Twitter I asked the question to a BFI affiliate (whose name escapes me) why this wasn’t included on the BFI Woodfall set and was assured to watch this space. I assume they still have it but that was a good while ago.

Kino has re-encoded it with higher bitrates (this time it’s on a BD-50 disc instead of BD-25).

Kino has been doing this with a lot of the slipcover editions (if it’s not an entirely new restoration). It’ll still be an improvement.

Gotta say, I'm excited about the Kino sale coming up. I had to sit the last one out due to the VS sale.

Yes, the end of September.

It is closer together than usual because of delays with the last sale.

The good news is that I don't like EMERALD FOREST, so I can save bucks by skipping that one.

The bad news is a new sale already? My wallet has become the black forest due to the last KINO sale!

Good news: I have First World problems.

Bad news: I can't afford to solve my First World problems.

There's a new sale? I am still waiting for an order from the last sale. They ran out of Stone Cold slips so they were getting a slip less version in.

Slips can still be found at places like OrbitDVD if you needed one, though I know it doesn't help your order now...

Legal Eagles was on sale for $8.49 during this last big summer sale (July/August). Normally they alternate titles from sale to sale, don't they?
