Luckily there's no messy frame blending stuff going on, but while Mill Creek has done this in the past with some no-name indie titles they released, it's also not the norm for anyone in the current day and age where most everything is encoded in at least 24fps.

Think Mill Creek did it with Creature With The Atom Brain on their Sci-Fi set as well.

Still, this set doesn't sound like there are any issues with the films like that one.
