Or G'14 where he got 8 minutes out of 2 hours. And the only interesting character died a quarter of the way through. From what I've been hearing, this movie handles its human characters way better, and despite his limited screentime, the movie looks very Godzilla-focused.

Does anyone know if IMAX tends to sell copies of their movie posters at their theaters? I'm hoping to get a copy of that new G-1.0 IMAX poster when I go see it. A nice big one, like 27x40 inches. Otherwise I'm going to have to hope that some online store stocks it and will ship a copy in good condition. I'm hoping to make a dry-mounted double-sided poster between the IMAX poster and the artistic one that pikeman1 posted.

Do we know if this film is going to get IMAX screenings in the US? Cuz there seems to be none around me in Seattle.

Haven't seen a lot around where I am. Seen a lot of 4DX screening though

The IMAX near me has two showings each day starting 12/1. The times are 12:30 and 3:25 pm so no evening prime time slots.

Biggest opening for a live action film in Japan this year. It also took out Shin Godzilla's opening, which did very very well in Japan.

Gareth Edwards loved it, and said he is jealous because it did things he should have considered when he did his 2014 film.

They released these awesome behind the scenes with a lot more footage. The sets and effects work look fantastic.

Some minor Spoilers about character backgrounds, but nothing major.
I guess the youtuber ripped them from Japanese TV, because I don't see them anywhere else.

My daughter loved going to the movies with me regardless of what genre it was until she moved out at 18.

He’s 13. We used to go all the time but now he claims he doesn’t like movies. I think he just doesn’t like movie theaters since he had sensitive ears when he was smaller and it used to get bad the louder the movie got. He did say he’d watch it at home with me so that’s something at least! My dad used to pull me out of school at random to go to the movies and I’d do that in a heartbeat if my son wanted to haha.

His main point of reference is the Legendary movies. We actually did a homemade Ghidorah costume the Halloween after King of the Monsters came out. But his favorite is Anguirus. We’ve explored the early films but sometimes the cheesiness bothers him haha.
