Ok, pop quiz, hot shots: if you had to pick between Oppenheimer and Titanic, which are you gonna buy? And let's pretend the former is in stock everywhere.

Cameron is full of crap and is not to be trusted with anything. He remembers the colours so well so that is why all his remasters have been tealed?? Give me a break the man is a liar and is trying to gaslight us all these films were never teal.

Glad it's a good transfer with beautiful grain. Blu-Ray Disc's are superior MEB

Oh no, a troll has re-entered. Keep absolutely still. His vision is based on movement.

I know it was 37 years ago, but I will never forget seeing that in 70mm on opening day in Boston.

My ears won't forget, either. I think they're still ringing from the experience!

I received the Collector’s Edition today and I think mine is missing the digital copy. Anyone know where can I should be looking for it? I don’t see it anywhere in the booklet or the packet. Haven’t upgraded my player yet so was hoping to watch the digital version until then

Do you actually have a day job? Or are you just basically full time 'go on line and accuse filmmakers of malfeasance'?

If I got a quarter for every time that guy mentions teal in one of his posts I'd prob have enough to buy Titanic in 4K.

I was just thinking about that the other day. Like sometimes I stop and picture myself from 1995 being transported to now and watching a 4k disc of say, Batman '89. 1995 me would be NO DOUBT floored, but he would be even more shocked that current me would be like, "meh sure it looks great but NO ORIGINAL AUDIO?!?"

Heads up The Digital Bits readers: For those who purchase the TITANIC: 25TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTOR’S EDITION #4K #UltraHD box set and are missing the Digital code slip, Paramount Home Entertainment has provided this official statement:

“It has come to our attention that some copies of the TITANIC Limited-Edition Collector’s Boxed Set do not include a Digital code. Consumers who purchased the set may request a Digital code by visiting the following website: https://support.paramountdigitalcopy...s/requests/new

“The replacement Digital code will be sent via email and will provide access to the feature film, as well as to the bonus features via the Apple TV app or Vudu. It is always our intention to distribute the highest quality product and we apologize for any inconvenience this error has caused.”

Canadian edition doesn't come with a slip unfortunately. Paramount stopped producing slips for their Canadian UHDs. Rosemary's Baby, Trading Places, Scrooged, etc. all don't come with them. I think the last one to have a slip was Ferris Bueller's Day Off. They stopped right around then anyway.

A question for those who've experienced Titanic in most if not all available home video formats: What would you say is your definitive ranking of Titanic on home video (VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu Ray, etc)? I'm just curious over what formats would be worth seeing it on?

Mine would be this one I guess:

1/ 3D bluray
2/ 4K
3/ 2012 Bluray
4/ 2005 DVD
5/ Laserdisc
6/ Letterboxed DVD
7/ VHS
