Just remember that the shipping costs will be high initially so a day 1 pre-order will cost more than a pre-order placed a week or so before release. This is because the pre-order price guarantee only applies to the item cost, not the shipping cost. Amazon.jp work on an estimation of item weight to calculate shipping cost, and they always overestimate.

Some people place an order then cancel it and re-order when the price drops but if you do this just be aware of the cancellation policy.
