I just double checked mine on my PS3 it's hard to see but it's there. So I slowed it down and sure enough it's there. BUT If you're not looking for it I wouldn't have noticed it. I'm not worried about it. It still looks good even with the less frame shot. which is all it seems to be. So I'm not worried. What does bother me, is to learn that all that WB did was transition the copy from their HD-DVD. thats sucks but I guess WB is just cheap like that.

I just called and they are sending my replacement. Just took the name, address, and UPC. Well done to Warner to finally making things right, and hassle-free.

I must admit that the glitch is hardly visible at full speed.

Checked my disc earlier and it's barely noticeable on my Magnavox player. A very very slight blocking in the upper left corner during those few frames. That's it.

But I called anyway and it only took a few minutes. The hold took longer than the actual conversation. They already have my info in the system from the Superman replacement DVD program from a few years ago I guess. If anything, I'll look at this replacement as an extra backup copy.

I gave them the UPC on the back of the boxset and she accepted that. Are they different?

Damn I thought they would just replace the entire movie with a totally different movie.

What do you mean replace the movie with a completely different one? Were you expecting to get a different movie for your replacement Matrix?

Holy cow...that was easy! But now that I think about it, it was easy for the Terminator 3 disc replacement as well!

Same for the Superman replacement discs from a few years ago. WB has great customer service based on my experience thus far.
