If this is all 100% true this is great.
I hope the SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, WEST WING, GREEN MILE, HEAT, ROBIN HOOD: PRINCE OF THIEVES were an error and will be put on the Blu-Ray list as well.

Over the weekend some of these titles i.e. West Wing were listed as a Blu-Ray.

No I didn't say that.

And if you read further down I said this:

"It is still our plan to release everything on Blu-Ray that we release or released on HD-DVD" - Warner Brothers

with all the buzz surroundin these new releases they need to satisfy the public with some dates and spec at least for a few of them.

well, they announced Harry Potter last week, Aviator this morning, and then announced (minus the specs and dates) Shawshank, Twister, and T3 this afternoon. I'd say thats definitely a good start to confirming this list.

What about the DigitalBits post that link an article mentionning that Warner is looking into a 'Huge Offer' from the HD DVD group... i mean couldn't they just do like Paramount, and cancel everything... on the next day?

Sure its possible, but I think we would hear about the Warner people in the BDA leaving the BDA first, then an official announcement...

Yeah but the more i think of it.. the more i think the article was written after the Paramount Deal, it's talking about Mid August stuff so..., they was a rumour about Warner then, then the Video Guy quitted..

Looking at this list, I know my credit card company will happy with me. Hell I will probably have enough rewards points to take a vacation! I saw Poltergiest on this list. Does it mean that it is being released for sure this time? I read in another thread they canceled it's release.

They only are going to release "The Exorcist" on HD-DVD apparently...that's quite unfair. But, then again, apparently Toshiba may be financially tipping Warner Bros. off to go HD-DVD exclusive from the sounds of it.

I'm happy to see Superman Doomsday and Smallville season 1 listed there. Now if they would just release that Ultimate Superman boxset on Blu, that would be enough to make my avatar smile.

This is fantastic! I can't wait for Harry Potter 1-5 on Blu-ray! There's also 10-15 other releases on here that I would be all over.

I'm so glad WB is sticking with us! They are undoubtedly one of the best (if not the best) studios out there, at least in terms of content.

Hopefully most or all of these will be out before Christmas, especially Batman Begins! I'd hate to have to see more threads pop up by people asking when it's coming out. Plus, I want it as bad as everyone else!

You obviously have not been keeping up. There is an entire thread about the fact that digitalbits updated the info later that the offer to WB was not only old news but that WB rejected it.
