What do I throw into the ring? A Superman Returns sequel with Brandon Routh as Kal-El and Bryan Singer behind the camera.

We all know what would happen when the body thaws!
I almost said The Thing also. I want to see more things killed with fire and Kurt Russel.

I thought of Master and Commander upon seeing this thread. How funny that it was mentioned immediately.

I'd like to see a prequel to Unforgiven.

Surely you mean "remakes" and not "sequels" when referencing these titles?

I think those would be unexpected sequels and they would have to be quite imaginative.

Everyone has mentioned great ideas and I'm sure I would go see them. But these sequels would take some great writing.

I would also like to see a sequel to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It would be great if the whole series could be done.

Who framed Roger Rabbit, loosely a sequel about today, about modern day cartoons with classic cartoons.

I was bummed about the first movie not doing well enough to warrant the rest of the series. The quality of the books diminished as the series progressed, but I still would like to see the others brought to film/video.

The only justifiable excuse for Disney Direct-to-Video sequels...finishing Lloyd Alexander's Chronicles of Prydain.

How about a remake of firefox, but done one helluva lot better, then follow it up with Firefox Down. Slightly dated with the end of the cold war and all but IMHO would make a good pair of films.

+1 for the Leon/Mathilda idea.

I think it would be cool to see a sequel to Fifth Element. Definitely not if it was done poorly and basterdized the franchise though. It'd have to bring back the main players and give Corbin lots of new things to shoot up... Plus have more Milla!

I would have loved to see a sequel to RUNNING SCARED with Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines. Sadly, that can never come about.
