Can anyone here spot the out of the ordinary item that i am kind of amped to check out?

Can anyone here spot the out of the ordinary item that i am kind of amped to check out?

Is it that wi-fi 6E device? If not then I'm stumped as I'm otherwise too focused that the motherboad doesn't appear to have integrated graphics, and the processor requires a discrete GPU (according to the label), so I'm stuck wondering how he's going to get any video since there's no GPU shown in the pics.

Or maybe I'm just completely wrong since I don't keep up with the latest PC tech like I used to.
