Any update on availability of the new Z3's and if we'll see further price reductions or will the prices unfortunately stay the same or actually increase because of the inclusion of MLA tech?

I think I am going to pull the trigger on one of these! Excited to see what the upscaling looks like!

I have had my 88Z2 since February and it is worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Just amazing PQ on everything I’ve watched. Some screenshots from the Alive dvd I watched on my Oppo DV-983H and of the display with my new stand.

Hey,

Sorry for late reply — but thank you for sharing the pics. I’m excited to finally get my hands on one. Delivers August 25th!

Enjoyed my TV for all of 1.5 months and then suddenly I was watching it, heard a loud zap, saw a white flash shoot across the bottom of my TV and then it shut off. Now it turns on, shows part of the left side of the screen (with pixels clearly damaged) and shuts off.

Very glad I forked over the extra money to Best Buy for an extended warranty.

Now I wait another month for them to get another one....

Well that completely stinks. Had mine up and running since February and I always think about things like this happening. So far so good and I hope they get you the new one sooner.

Very sorry this happened!

Just wanted to mention since you have the Z2 8K Signature Series TV you have a 5 year warranty for the OLED panel and whenever you contact LG you are speaking with a Signature Series rep.

Also at our LG dealer status "LG Prestigious Pinnacle Dealer"we have a 90 day, 3 months special service/support, where we replace your TV if it develops a defect, and that's for all LG TVs, not just the high-end signature Series TVs.

Luckily I had a reason/excuse to get a G3 (thanks for the hookups Robert!) so I will have that soon to hold me over. Last I heard from Best Buy, my replacement Z2 is set to ship on Nov. 30th from LG. I have been without a TV since early October and I am just amazed at how poorly this was handled for spending so much with a big box store.

Word of advice, DONT buy a Z2 from Best Buy. I tried asking for my money back and was told no, I could get a store credit (that possibly expires).

Did the prices for the Z3's ever get released along with release dates? We are just about in December now and if these aren't out yet doesn't that make the Z3 irrelevant thus no 2023 Z models at all?? If these never came to fruition yet why was that if they were indeed announced at say CES 2023.

I believe there was a model year skipped in North America previously even though it was avaible in other regions, the Z1 perhaps??? Is the Z3 another example of that?

I thought the Z3 was only being released overseas and not in US? It’s on the UK LG website.

So, with CES over I haven't seen any coverage of any Z series, are they continuing on to a 4 series if so what if any changes will they be getting? I see the G4 and M4 are getting the new Alpha 11 chip as well as gen 2 MLA for even brighter panels, will these come on a Z4 series? Any new sizes and any word on pricing and North America availability or will NA be skipped for yet another year?

If anyone is in the market for a 77-inch model, it looks like Amazon has 15 in stock with a $2,000 coupon that is added once in cart.
