His most overrated: The Departed. Such a minor role. Didn't deserve an Oscar nomination in my book.
I believe it is what he did with such a small role that got him the nomination. JMO...

The Departed goes as his best performance/film.

Fav(s) The Perfect Storm, Boogie Nights and The Italian Job

On a side note, King Czar has become the new Poll king lol.

Edit: least goes to The Happening...what a crappy movie.

He was great in it, no doubt about it. It was just so small. I can't see how his small role there triumphs over movies where he was truly a lead.

It's between Three Kings, Boogie Nights and The Departed for me. I think I'll go with Three Kings but if I watched them all again this could change.

I haven't seen five of these so I'll hold out on the worst

I voted Four Brothers over The Departed.

His worst performances are: The Happening and Planet Of The Apes by far.

True, I wish he had a larger role in it, I do not remember who he was up against for the nomination. There may not have been much competition that year.

I was really impressed by his performance in I Huckabees. Although the movie itself...

Maybe it was just over my head.

I ask this in an entirely serious manner: is English your first language?

Hm, lots of good roles, but I think that his part in "The Departed" was the best one (especially since he has some attitude in that one). It was the most distinctive.

Exactly. He could have been excellent in a movie that wasn't as good as another. (eg. he was hilarious in I Heart Huckabees, but one could argue that the Departed was a better movie)

Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role

**Winner:
Little Miss Sunshine (2006) - Alan Arkin

**Other Nominees:
Blood Diamond (2006) - Djimon Hounsou
Dreamgirls (2006) - Eddie Murphy
Little Children (2006) - Jackie Earle Haley

I remember I thought Eddie Murphy was going to take it
