paidgeek said a while ago that the master was a bit soft. Not sure if this is how it was filmed or not. Another person with the disc has said/agreed it was a little soft, but that it was a huge upgrade over the DVD. We have no reason to believe Sony dropped the ball here as all of their releases over the past year or so have been stellar. Maybe this is the best the movie can look? You cannot make something look better than it is originally.

A must buy for me; had it on order for a long time...
