Can anyone post images of the packaging for the Fringe release?? Just wanting to make sure it's not a digipak release before I order.

i was curious about this also. i'm sure it will be packaged like Lost in a thick case with a slipcover.

Can't take any pics at the moment but the set isn't a digipak release; it's a regular five-disc BD case with slipcover.

Yup...I've heard that there may be a BD release from Blue Underground for it in the near future. It's one of the titles they are considering for their next wave of catalog releases but nothing is certain at this point. My guess is that it'll be a while as it's not one of their top sellers on DVD at this point and there are other titles they'll want to put out on BD before it.

No, there are only English subtitles on the set.

Definitely. I'd buy it in a heartbeat but I spent all of my money on the WB deal. I would've bought Fringe but pre-orders weren't included in the deal.

I haven't seen it, but I am blind buying this next week. The few BD reviews I have read for it so far have been very positive (the show and PQ). If this show is your thing, I wouldn't hesitate.

Got it today. 5 discs. The slipcover is f'ing awesome. Inside it's a regular Blu case, but it's heavy with discs.

Yeah it's worth a blind buy. only reason not to buy it would be if you hate a good story, good special effects and awesome TV shows.

Good pics there....but not sure why the packaging would determine DVD or Blu...but to each his own
